Let me help you. I'm Russian, I have russian edition of that book and speak English a little.

    First picture:
    1. Most appropriate as it is - 'Knyaz'
    2. Heavy, not Heavily
    3. Middle-armed lancer
    4. Ok.
    5. Russian 'охочие люди' (okhochie lyudi) is not english 'hunter' 'Okhochie lyudi' is like 'french legion' for one military compaing. So the translation could be 'Okhochie lyudi' archer
    6. Vladimir infantry militiaman

    Second picture:
    1. Ok. (But in brackets should be 'Andrey Yaroslavich druzhina')
    2. Dismouted druzhina noble heavy cavalryman
    3. Light horse archer
    4. Heavy, not heavily
    5. Novgorod militia in field equipment

    Third picture:
    1. Trumpeter of Alexander Nevsky druzhina
    2. Heavy
    3. Ok
    4. Ok
    5. Prussian druzhina cavarlyman
    6. Prussian infantry militiaman

    Last picture
    1. Voivode (or Knyaz). But note, that voivode and knyaz are not the same. Knyaz is like a King or Khagane, but Voivode is like General.
    2. Ok.
    3. Yes. HEAVY!
    4. Ok.
    5. Prussian druzhina cavarlyman
    6. Heavy.
    7. Crossbowman (Novgorod militia)
