okay, so when I make changes to my files with notepad, such as making all factions playable, I can't save because whenwver I try to it says "acess is denied" is there any ways around it?

Save it somewhere else like in your desktop, then copy and paste it in the folder, it will give you the option to replace it, just press yes and boila!

It's because you don't have admin rights or the file is set to read only remove it and have admin rights then you can edit it there.

you have to go to the propities and uncheck the read only thing
