oooh ya anyone know how to make the army speak its own language example i play as france and the generals and units speak (i think its sweedish) and its annoying me because every nation does it haha if anyone could help id apprecieted it

There will be no fixed date, simply due to the kind of work it is and the fact that he does have a life.
All you can do is enjoy the mod as it is or try and find a fix on your own until then.

Yes but they have dubbed the ai too dumb fr the map to be released, it a sham ei wanted to see the ai fail

To elaborate this; it was a few years back. If someone'd do it now, it'd probably work. These days, many modding teams have figured out how to make the AI behave better on the campaign map (like recruiting more balanced armies and things like that). A few years ago, that knowledge simply wasn't there.
