    Default Problem with traits/ancillaries

I've been working on traits and ancillaries, and now, when trying to start a new campaign, the game KTM. Then, when I quit, I receive the following message:

I've checked the export_descr_ancillaries, and the ancillary "Crown" does exist.

The export_descr_character_traits.txt entry is the following:

    Code:
    ;--------------------

    Trigger Uncrowned_1
    	WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd

    	Condition IsFactionLeader
    		and Trait Uncrowned_king = 0
    		and not FactionwideAncillaryExists Crown
    		and not FactionType slave
    		and not FactionType egypt

    	Affects Uncrowned_king 1 Chance 100

    ;--------------------
The line that is reporting a problem is the one with the FactionwideAncillaryExists condition.

I've already checked the mod with ATVTW, and it is not reporting any problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I the "crown" anc spelled with a capital 'C' in EDA?

Try moving the anc line at the end of the conditions.

Conditions which check for ancillaries must be placed in EDA they cannot go into EDCT. The new version of ATVTW that I released on dec 24th should check for that, if the check isn't catching it let me know please. Just move the trigger, without altering anything into EDA and that error will disappear.

Oh, ok, I didn't know about the xmas present I'll give it a try tomorrow.
Do you mean that I should move the whole trigger, which will affect a trait, to the EDA? Will it work?

EDIT: It seems to work fine, at least the error message is not showing up anymore. Thanks!

If you still want to test the presence of the Ancillary Crown simply give it an unused (ever) bonus IE + 1 Naval Command or something to the Crown and have the trigger as follows.

    Code:
    --------------------

    Trigger Uncrowned_1
        WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd

        Condition IsFactionLeader
            and Trait Uncrowned_king = 0

    and Attribute NavalCommand = 0
and not FactionType slave and not FactionType egypt Affects Uncrowned_king 1 Chance 100

Not as effective as you can only test for a certain number of ancillaries as the number of unused attributes is minimal.
