    Default Shogun Total War Runs Slowly

    Gold edition, running on windows vista, 4gb ram, Nvidia 9650GTM graphics card 1gb, runs well for a minute or so but after that it slows quickly. I have tried compatibility modes for different OS's and have tried using software for graphics instead of the graphics card. This problem doesn't occur on the battle map though.

    I have this with M2TW,lags in the campaign map but on battle map with highest settings it runs like a dream.

    Not sure what can be done,sorry mate.
