This is the first time Ive played TA but I have played hundreds of hours of M2TW.

Since the only cavalry I have are with those hooded generals I forget what they're called, once they die will I get any more? 2 of the 3 I had died, I only have witch king left.

Can you retrain trolls? I have 9 in one unit and 10 in another can i retrain them to 12 each?

Do the settlements upgrade ever? I have a village that is going in the neg population growth but i can't build anything. i am going to try stacking units there to get happiness up but it didn't help the last time.

Is leather the max armor Mordor units can use? if not what is.

Is there any problems with auto manage taxes only in this mod? I am using 2.0. It seems kind of wonky compared to the M2TW version. villages are getting taxed high for example

Is there really consequences to cheating?

No real consequence for cheating...except knowing that you're a no good rotten cheater . And yes...settlements eventually do upgrade. I believe you can retrain trolls, nazgul units replenish if the general remains alive, tax on your own if you don't want auto managed taxes, or manage all cities. You get new nazqul general every 50 turns.

You can get more I think...but the units regenerate if the general still lives...for example, if the unit went from 37 to 7..after a certain amount of turns the unit gets back to 37. And like I said, you can get more generals. I'm not sure about the armour question though...someone else probably will know.

You will unlock a new Nazgul every 50 turns until you get all 9 but they will not come back once killed. However if you download the immortal Nazgul mod then you will get all 9 from the start and they will return to your capital once killed.

Mordor's settlements do upgrade. Settlements in TATW generally have lower population growth than vanilla.

Mordor gets better armor but I'm not sure what the best is.

You can retrain trolls but it needs to be in a providence that has the troll resource. So Mordor or most other mountain providences.
