Hotseat (ANYONE?!)

I am trying to set up a hotseat with a friend. One turn campaign. WHat I would like to know is, how bad will the Hotseat script mess up RS2?

Do I need to remove the RS2 script to make it work?

How can I change the Tax bonuses from the capitals or make them static?

The Hotseat script is a script that let's multiple factions in a campaign become controlled by the player, in effect creating a multiplayer campaign. This feature is built into Medieval 2: Total War, but was absent in RTW so the Hotseat script was created in order to add this feature into the game.



To the OP, unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question, but I would also be very interested to find out if and how well the hotseat script works with RS2. Hopefully one of the devs will stumble upon this and enlighten us.

if you want this hotseat mod to work with rsII mod then do as the instructions say exept for the location as it has to be in the corresponding campaign folder your playing.
if your playing one turn campaign(which is selectable in RSII launcher) then apply the instructions accordingly
Example : NOT= \activision\rome-total war\data\.......
INSTEAD= \activision\rome-total war\play_one_turn\data\..........

iv tried on rome one turn but it causes an ctd , dont know why but it works with one turn campaign(meaning all the other factions)

I know that. I wanted to know which part of the script must be removed( the part which gives factions money and whatnot and apwsn armys) and how to do it.
