    Default 2 questions

Okay, I have two questions, first, I want to start skinning, so how do I unpack my files?
and second, I really seem like a noob asking it, but how do you build forts and watch towers?

(I swear, I finishd 5 campaighs and never built a single fort.)

I do light modding for NTW, so couldn't really tell you, but here is a guide: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=412456

For the second one, you need a family member (or general, just not a captain) in command of an army. Then click on the button (or hotkey) you would use to select building stuff in a settlement; instead, if the army is out of a town, you can build forts. If it is out of a town AND in your territory, you can build watchtowers. Forts cost 500, watchtowers 300 (or maybe 200...)

While forts can be useful, you may also live without them. But watchtowers are clearly more useful if you don't use the toggle_fow cheat.

Check for skinning tutorials in TWC university and the tutorials sections in graphics workshop.
As for unpacking the game read this tutorial.
