Wonderful!!! l'm really glad to see people sharing, especially when they worked so, so hard for years!
RESPECT!!!
Again the RS2 team shows they care about the community and use the OLD SCHOOL method of Modding, instead of hording the improvements like some mods do. Great show guys!

First of all, thank you RSII team for making this available to the community.
Ok, if someone can help me with this. I tried putting the envirment in RTR-PE yesterday. I think i did everything correctly putting each file in the zip in its respective folder in the correct file manually (took some time). Anyhow, when I start the game it CTDs showng the following message:
Script Error in data/export_descrbuildings.txt, at line 6968, column 2
Building DB error - culture db max settlement level differs from building db max settlement level for faction gauls (bdg city vs clt huge city)
I guess it has to do with the use of huge city or not by the RTR but I dont't know how to fix it. If someone knows please help.
Please see my first post. I have posted there a descr_cultures.txt that is compatible with Vanilla and a number of other mods which do not allow the Barbarians to build large and huge cities. After installing the new environment, copy this file into your RTW\data folder, and the error in the post above will be fixed.

Thanks a lot dvk901. Everything works fine now. I also edited the map climates hue accordingly. Only one last question to finish with, I don't know which colour hue to use in the aeas of India to make the coconut trees, or some dense forests appear. Sorry for posting again, this is my last question. I will also post the edited climates map for RTR-PE when finished.
omg, whoever put it in vanilla rtw, or barbarian invasion please release it XD!!!!!
These enviroments are awesome, now EVERY mod needs to have this!!! feels like a total different engine, better then Medieval 2 Total war, i'm glad bardo is adding those for Lord of the Rings Total War, thanks for that by the way!
Then, as throngs of his enemies bore down upon him and one of his followers said, "They are making at thee, O King," "Who else, pray," said Antigonus, "should be their mark? But Demetrius will come to my aid." This was his hope to the last, and to the last he kept watching eagerly for his son; then a whole cloud of javelins were let fly at him and he fell.

All credits go to the RSII team for making this enviroment available (and the climates map). Again thank you very much!
This is my attempt of climates map of RSII for RTR-PE. I tried to mimic the correct climates according to the map by trial and error (painting the majority of the map with one colour to see what comes up) and in some places (the Balkans) i just copied, resized accordingly, and pasted the RSII climates map, and apparently this is as close as i could get for it. The only questionmark areas are India and Meso[IMG][/IMG]potamia. I'm sorry for the previous question (I had not gone into deep thoughts for it) as it seems that the vegetation that spawns up in each place after installation does not depend on the climates map but it is generated (rather complex). I only know how to use image editors quite well, I'm not a modeler or a programmer to be able to change the vegetation in India (sorry for that).

Please don't double post, use the edit button next time. Thanks/ MarcusTullius
