Wrong spelling "Novgorodskaya" for Novgorod
It is wrong spelling "Novgorodskaya" for state and it sounds silly for Russian ears. It is like using "Russian" instead of "Russia"
The term "Novgorodskaya" could be used in the following stylization of russian names as "Novgorodskaya republic", or "Novgorodskaya land".
As I can see here (DLV+ BB) is used ancient Russian term as "Gospodin Velikiy Novgorod" (The Great Gosudar Novgorod or His Majesty Lord Novgorod the Great).
"-skaya" means that word is adjective.
Novgorod is used in the name of state in DLV as noun and name (something like "The Great Mr. Novgorod")
