Some questions of a new (Wannabe) modder.

Hello lads, this is my first post around. Although I have been lurking for a time already (Mostly because of the good use of the search system to find what I needed), I am being unable to find solutions to my starting my modding career in this lovely game.

My questions are the following (Please don't be too harsh...)

1-)For pure aesthetic demises, I recently started to seek some graphic pack that alllowed to change the colors of my Romans to black patterns. I've been largely sucessful in editing the campaign map/faction color, now I just need to edit the units. Since my knowledge and skill with graphic tools are abysmal, is there any type of graphic mod/pack that can fulfill my desire? Or a tutorial?

2-)I started to "dig up" the files to mess with them, and edited the ancilliaries. Since I am creating a "Lazy-player-mod"...I edited the Priest of Jupiter so he could max up every trait (For the Lord's sake please don't burn me ), the edit runs fine until I have to start the game for the second time in a Windows session. When I boot it up again, it loads starts to load the campaign and CTD. Anyone knows what is wrong?

3-)Also, I am trying to dimish the likeliness of the corrupt traits ("Flexible, Financially Irregular" etc.). Where I can find them?
