Hopefully they would make Project Reality mod for it as well. Shooting officers as an insurgent sniper in PR was much more fun than in vanilla.

Haha I know right? You can always dream though, Battlefield is a PC-oriented series so maybe they'll go back to their roots.

I doubt there will be, there wasn't one in BF:Vietnam nor BF:2.

Thats because CoD is pretty much a cartoon game. Might as well call it GI Joe.

There is in BC2 though so i'm afraid that there will be.

I just dont like how they added all these house to house maps in BC2 and peoples first resort to seeing you in instant kill knife. I doubt many insurgents in Iraq knifed people storming houses.

If I were to believe Modern Warfare or this game you would think there would be at least a few knife kills over there.

I mean sure its 'fantasy' or whatever, a game, but most aspects in the game have some semblance in reality. Making it so easy to knife is just over the top ridiculous.

CoD is FAR worse than BC2 to say the least. This knifing just completely ruins the maps they have added to the game though, especially when you are facing good players who know how to use it. If you are facing nothing but bads you really dont see knifing.

BC2 is better than CoD, but it is still very casual. To my taste ARMA and Red Orchestra are the best "modern" FPS so far.

FPS are better on consols, sometimes, minus the mod support on PCs. With that said lets hope for some really good urban combat maps like in 2142. God I loved that game... huge towers and structures to fight through.

Mice are much better in terms of accuracy, and the ability to aim and shoot. I enjoy FPS on PC much more than on consoles.

FPS are dumbed down for consoles, so they don't live up to their PC potential, because controllers are worse.
