Internet problems

Hi guys. My Internet has gone down. It just stopped working. The light on the modem is flashing, instead of fully green. All I can think of is on / off and it's not worked. All the network should be fine and the wifi is still full signal. There is just nothing coming through. Anyone know if this is common with virgin media? Its happened about 5 times.

Sometimes "On/off" isn't enough. You have to literally unplug the modem, wait about 30 seconds, then give it a try. If you have a cable modem, unplug the cable from the back of the modem as well and rub the sharp wire for a second (static and grounding stuff) and plug it back in. These things may not be the cause of the problem, but its a start.
