Demosheild multi-CD launch has stopped working

I uninstalled Medieval 2 total and kingdom (its gold edition) and im trying to install it again but when i do demoshield stops working. I have vista and I did delete all files of medieval 2 and kingdoms. I do have UAC off and now I have now idea what to do. If you can help please do.

Did you get the folder in appdata?
Did you run a registry cleaner?

checked appdate couldnt find anything. registry cleaner no. may i have a link to one?

http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_...ry_cleaner.htm is the one I use.

Ran the scan repaired everything, tried to install again same problem.

Well id di everything but demoshield kep on getting in the way so i started messing around and i explored the disk and found setup which allowed me to start it without a problem. Thank you for your all help, I dont know what everyone would do without you

what do you mean u explored the disk? cus when i press run it says demoshield multi cd has stopped working, is there anyway i can get around that?

Search the disc in Computer. You right-click the dvd-rom icn, you get the menu in the pic. Click open, click setup.exe.

If this does not work. we'll try something else.
