    Default Nottingham's Roads?

    Just started a campaign as England, why is my movement speed in Nottingham just, terrible. Taking me 8 turns to get to Wales for my army? lol

    Turned out to be one of my generals. Future governor I think. Obviously has lost hte use of his legs.
