HI.How to make flags,banners,etc visible in battle?

You want to enable them?

Open bc.cfg, and add this:
[video]
show_banners = 1

Or if u already have this line, edit it

do you mean that they are absent as a mod feature?is it not a bug?

They arent missing. I'm playing with banners.

Somehow they are disabled at you (maybe by default), and you can enable them if you want

Its in Medieval2's folder. Near the medieval2.exe

C:/Program Files/Medieval2 or where is your game installed

I am unable to open it(((
however they show up in other mods and vanilla....

Open it by right-clicking and selecting "open with", from there select Notepad. Then you can edit the file.

solved!the guilty file was in "Med2tw\preferences",thx all
