Problem with STW Gold

Hi!

I found a few days ago the Shogun Gold Edition. I`ve played STW some years ago so I wanted to do that again...

Now to the problem: I can start games but after some moves the game crashes.
I think it has something to do with the appearing of the portuguises.
The game also crashes when I click the guy in the throne room or when the door of the throne room is being opened (because of an ambassador).

I have Windows Vista and a Geforce 9300M G (with latest drivers)

I`ve done several things to solve that problem

-changed compatibility to Windows XP (I also tried 98/ME)
-changed resolution to 1024x768 and 16bit
-removed all sounds and videos
-updated Nero (after a hint here)

One more thing:
When I play the map with the mongols, shogun works. very strange...

I found the error, after uninstalling nero shogun finally works. I feel relieved now ;-)
