Napoleon doesn't run

So...hello. I've got a problem. I installed a Napoleon:Total War without any problems(from DVDm but of course I had a connection with Steam). I registred it, and I tried to start a game.

After starting game, I see only big inscription Napoleon: Total War with licensing rights. I was waiting, but it still doesn't work. Looks like Hard Disc is stops working(icon isn't shining). Here I post dxdiag:

Uninstall your RealTek sound drivers, then try it.

Double post on purpose.

To find your drivers, click Start, in the box above write device manager, click on it, go down and click on sound, video, and game controllers, click on the RealTek one, click on the driver tab, click on uninstall, okay, reboot, done.

So, I've done exactly what you said, but after launching Napoleon I got still same problem.

No. Try this:

and try installing directx 9.0c http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en,
C++ 2005 SP1 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...displaylang=en, and
.Net 4 http://www.microsoft.com/net/Download.aspx,
and, yes, this game needs them all.

So, step by step, I've done everything, but without effects...

Then if it gets you to the first screen, again, go watch tv for a while and see if it finishes loading. It just maybe taking "forever".
