Default Need Help With Computer Issue

Hello. I have recently received a new computer for Christmas, purchased from Cyberpowerpc.com. The computer is wonderful. It was easily setup and everything. However, when I turned the computer on, I got to the desktop and all that, and a sysprep program was attemtping to run.

This is where the problem came. I kept the original settings it had on there and clicked OK. However, after running for a couple of seconds, I got an error message saying: "A fatal error has occured and sysprep will now close", or something similar.

It didn't seem to affect my computer too much so I did not heed it. But, after restarting the computer because of updates, programs, etc. I keep seeing, after the screen that says Starting Windows, a window saying Setting up Windows for first time use.

Now the problem with this is this is not the first time I have used this computer!

    So my questions are:
    • How do I change my computer to tell it that this is not the first time I have used it?
    • How do I get the sysprep program to stop doing whatever it does?
    • Whenever I restart the computer when I get to the log in screen it immediately says "Invalid Username or Password" and I then have to enter my password. I know this isn't a drastic or devastating issue, however it is quite annoying.
So, any help with this would be appreciated and Merry Christmas to all.
EDIT: Ok, so now the computer will not work at all. When I restart the computer, it goes to the Setup of Windows screen, and then I get an error message saying that a failed attempt at setting up Windows led to an error and so I must restart the computer, however when I restart the computer I get the same error message, and I have to restart the computer, so on and so forth. Also, the weird thing is, is that I have Windows 7 already installed. I was also playing a game earlier and it worked fine, but when I exited out of the game my computer froze and so I restarted the computer and that is how I got all of these problems.

We know nothing of what you have a computer so you need to be more specific.

To be a tech head for a second, did you read all the information that came with your new computer?

I did briefly read over most of the guides that caem with the computer, however, to no avail. I don't believe that they contain any solutions on how to fix this problem that I am having.

As for system information, would you like specs?

Like Big Boss said, call Cyberpowerpc. I just read your first post, again and I can't from here tell how much is their crap and how much is Windows, assuming you bought it with Windows.

    Contact CyberpowerPC.

It's most likely bloatware stuffing up some of the Windows registries, sending the whole thing out of whack. In any case, when stuff like that happens, it's their responsibility to fix it if you're still under warranty.

Are you referring to the windows experience rating benchmark that runs for the first time and you're saying that it repeats again and again even after restart?

Oh no, I am talking about Windows itself reinstalling everytime I restart, or at least it is setting up everytime I restart. But then, when my computer froze and I restarted it, it is now stuck at a screen saying like Setup is Configuring Settings or something, and then I get an error saying that it failed last time and I need to restart my computer.

This has nothing to do with the Windows experience.
