    Default EU3 runtime error

    I just got EU3 Complete (not HTTT or DW) and after I installed it, I tried playing and got a c++ runtime error. Can somebody tell me what's wrong?

    Well I just got it, and everytime I play a tutorial, approximately five seconds after leaving it it crashes :/
