Eastern Kingdoms indestructible?

Every time I destroy the Eastern Kingdoms the game crashes. Is this faction supposed to be indestructible?

I had them down to one last city and saved the game. When I took the city, the game crashes, so I tried to kill its last remaining general and then withdraw, and the game again crashes. This is highly annoying as I sent my army from Greece all the way down into the deserts to attempt to wipe them out. They often annoyed me by making frequent but small incursions into the Nile Delta.

I should try to assassinate his last general, and see if that also cause CTD.

They shouldn't be indestructible. Can you e-mail a saved game to me (preferably along with xgmversion.txt, which is in your xgm folder)?

As a temporary measure why not use the "force diplomacy" feature and make them a protectorate?

It seems the problem is not limited to Eastern Kingdoms, when I destroyed the Indy Greeks the game also crashed. It seems whenever I destroy a faction the game would crash?

I also cannot start the Pergamun provincial campaign. I also tried Briton campaign and that started fine. Haven't tried the other. I am using RTW-ALEX

I think your install has probably been messed up somehow. Have you installed any other mods recently, or maybe installed a new version of XGM with different options than you started the campaign with? I got the save you e-mailed to me. I'll have a look at it tomorrow to see if I can figure out what the problem is.
