Default experience does not always improve units?

    Hi,

Im completely new to SS6.3 so please correct me if I am wrong, but I have just started the crusader states campaign and have notice 2 units of miles in edessa. One has an extra chevron of experience, but when the unit stat cards are brought up there is no difference at all between their stats - is this a bug in the game?

    thanks,

    aaaaa

One has no chevron and the other one has one?
Normally they get an extra point in attack - but only if the colour of those chevron changes - no difference between one and three chrevrons. They also get better morale and more accuracy if i am right.

Sometimes you just have to prove it yourself. Set a custom battle of 2 units but one with a cheveron against each other.

Its a really good chance that the Cheveron units will win.

But there are other factors too, such as:

Did they use charge? (Charge bonus = more attack = faster killing + higher morale)
Did they shoot first? (In the case of archers)

One unit has 1 chevron and the other one has 2. There is no difference in stats between them, but the one with 2 is closer to a silver chevron.

Exp. increases attack every three chevrons, starting by first chevron (with first chevron you get +1, and you'll get +1 only after you get 2 bronze and 1 silver chev.)
