That's very hard to say, I'm afraid. We haven't decided if we're going to release it as an open beta, or invite a group of testers to help us polish it before a public release. But it appears to be very hard to find good and reliable testers, so it's leaning towards an open beta, I guess.
It doesn't really answer your question, I know. But, like I wrote, it's hard to say 'cause it very much depends on how much of the planned features we actually put in the mod and so on.
I herd u needz testorz...But open beta is still a better choice unless you have something very secret coming up.
Hey mates, I'm still around!
If you need a beta tester please let me know...
In any case I think that an open beta is the best solution!
WAITING FOR IBFD v. 8.0!
I'm so happy that I read again the thread, and I discovered this images of planes, now to take part to the flying happiness let me post this image, it's an AMX (Aer Macchi) colored using the color scheme of the old Savoia Marchetti 79 Torpedo bomber during WWII, white cross of Savoia, and yellow-green camouflage of 1940-'43, and the the squadron emblem a 'Mosquito'(sorry Joar I know you hate the mosquitos but this one is nice...
), to celebrate the 70 yeras of a famous aerial Squadron of bombers. I like the color scheme and being my Novel about the crews of an old SM 79, I take the occasion to add this interesting image, sorry and good work!

The previews altogether are highly promising. How far is the progress actually? Could you tell us an aproximate time when we can expect the mod? Xmas present? Beginning of the next year? End of the next year?
