Is there any way to get rid of those idiot? I have fought crusades, and saved på pope from an moorish army, but still he treat me like with these. I dont have any good assasins (would loose my chivilry).

I dont really want to go to war on him anyway (the pope is from my country)

I have never had problems with them before, but i cant get the heretics down either (and neither can the inquistion so they kill my generals and preists instead)

Recruit priests to clear away heretics - if they´re tough, recruit bishops (from cathedrals).
Recruit assasins (from Assassins guild) to kill the inquisitors/alternatively get your FMs and priests out of their way.

Once the heresy starts to disappear in the region, they´ll move on to other hunting grounds.

Sadly there is no heretics there to kill in my eastern regions (only my preists and a stupid imam)

But yeah i am going to make some bishops (have two catedrals, one in Jerusalem and one in Milan)

If there are no heretics nor any withces, then there should be something dragging down the number of catholics in those regions. Otherwise, the Inquisitors are perhaps just passing through?

Killing the Inquisitors with Assassins is usually easiest, and the Pope doesn't seem to mind.

Alternatively, use the crush method against them - surround them with your units so they have nowhere to step, and then place a unit on the tile they are standing on. It takes 9 units in the open, but can usually be done with 4 - 6 around city walls, and sometimes 3 in passes etc.

Inquisitors are sent by the pope when your settlement has low no. of catholics and heretics convert them causing the heretic religion to increase. So counter them by building churches, training priests and execute the heretics and witches in your regions. If your religion remains above 90-95% there is no chance that bugger will come in your region.
