How to remove AI general command bonus

i've played SS6.3 with enable Byg's Grim Reality IV VH/VH
All of AI generals have 8 or more command points!!
that did not make-sense. how do i remove their command bonus?

Do You know what the command points are good for? Sorry for that question - that´s never a good answer.

Edit: I just notice a change in the number of the bodyguards. You chose VH/VH for some reason. So everything seems to fit. If You want to get rid of those command stars you could remove those traits/ancillaries via console - i´m not sure if they would get them back next turn. But why fight some sheeps if You could be a real man fighting lions. Be strong on VH/VH.

That's the whole point of VH/VH my friend. If its not your cup of tea, play on an easier level

don't use captains for general-commanded armies lol, there's a chance that you'll be crushed even w/ a full stack...

The AI needs command points for brains - we humans don't

my first thought was : lower the battle difficulty. really it just keeps ai from routing instantly and make bg very difficult to kill. the ai is still the ai: artificial.

The more command stars a general has the better his ability to rally his troops.

That´s it. I messed something up with the bodyguards above - that´s more Security related. On a lower diffuculty level they haven´t that much morale - so it´s more likely that they will rout. That´s the only difference in battle difficulty i guess. And even on VH they rout fast if You attack with cavalry from behind - the back - no clou.
It´s easy enough to kill the General first - that´s what i do with priority.

I have a feeling you are suicidal, my good man. BGR IV on VH/VH? good luck with that! i can't survive a day with BGR IV on M/M... either you are really good or looking to die a painful, slow death.

but all AI generals still have 7 or more command points
