) I followed a hunch which led me to discover the real culprit (not Mrs. White in the kitchen with the candle stick, but close guess). I noticed that phonics said he had not moved that army the turn before, so I though wouldn't it be cool if unmoved armies got more movement, apparently they do. Now it seems to be limited to armies with generals in enemy territory. It could also be linked to hiding armies as it happened the two armies I tested it on where hiding. It also might require some kind of movement trait as both general had one. It will have to be tested more to find out the complete guidelines as one general seemed to get a full boost after one turn of sitting still, while the other took two turns to build up to full movement.
