How do you change the mods settings

When i first ran the mod a pop up came up and asked for settings for the AI and era and all that. I want to try different settings so how do i do this?.

C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3

That's what I did on my Win7 PC.

Then open SS_setup

You should be able to use the shortcut in your start menu Stainless Steel folder.
