little question about modding

where, oh where can I mod the units morale?
the thing is, when I fight, I charge and 10 seconds later almost all enemy unit route
that's boring!
or in the opposite, my cavalry charges, then when outnumberes, 5 seconds and they route bleh!

I want long fights not battle that ends in 30 seconds

You can adjust morale values in the export_descr_unit txt in your data folder.

I think I found it
I changed value from 0 to 4, and will check if it makes difference
stat_mental 4, low, untrained
