altering pop growth rates

hey I wanna leesen the growth rates for provinces in RTW 1.5

any body got ideas as to the best, easiest way to go about it?

With the exception of special buildings and other factors such as taxes, growth is largely controlled by the farming level and the base fertility which can be found in farm buildings and DR file respectively. However, these are also tied to income. You can add to the pop. growth directly by using the population growth bonus capability or, to lessesn it, go through the EDB file and remove its instances.
