Quick Question About Timings

Because I can no longer find my memory package.

I've got PC(2)8500 from Corsair. It said on the RAM 5-5-5-15 (I think it's @ 2.1 volts, can't remember, it might be 2.0 or 2.2)

Now that would be

tRCD
tRP
tRAS
CMD

respectively?

5-5-5-15 in order means from left to right:-
1) CAS# Lantency (CL)
2) RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD)
3) RAS# Precharge (tRP)
4) Cycle Time (tRAS)
