Anyone listen to Crystal Castles?

My friend once asked me: "Fuzz, what bands are similar to Crystal Castles?" I told him I had no idea and to stop asking me questions.

I always wrote them off as your usual hipster garbage...I was mistaken.

Hands up if you first heard them on Skins?

Hah, I once heard them on some obscure radio internet broadcast thingie. The song was Alice Practice, and at first I was thinking: WTF! But I kept listening and was kind of intrigued by their unique sound so I looked them up and am sold since. And I almost saw them Live to! But under immense school pressure I couldn't.

Thought they were the next hipster bandwagon until i heard Baptism and Celestica, though i don't like their first album. It verged on gimmicky at times, but the second album is awesome.
