    Default Elvish fusion

    Having noticed in most of my high elvin campaigns how my poor woodelvin kin tend to die out rather too soon and having to often take back the whole of they're realm for elf kind, i've always found it rather annoying that i can't get access to they're units.
    so to make things more fun and to give the elves some needed diversity i'm working on fusing the faction rosters. so far i've managed to give them both eachothers cavalry units.
    problem is, for the high elves the silven horse archers have no texture, they are just golden statues on horse back, fully animated mind just skinless. and the same applies vice versa to the high elven cavalry with the silvans.

    what file do i need to attack to fix this issue?

    (also i'm running this alongside baron samedis setup,an extended gondor mod that frankly makes them awesome, AUM and um i guess thats all lol.)

    most people want to split them up(inclueding me),never thought id see a person that wants to merge them...

    It's not about merging them, but about gaining access to their units if they're defeated and you manage to take over their homelands. (If I got it right). I was asking the same thing for the units recruitable in specific areas for both the dwarven realms and both Silvan elves in FROME too.

    a little of both, tbh i'd be quite happy to wield a fused army from the get go. tbh its just sortign out the textures stuff thats got me stuck at this point, i've seen a thread helping out someone else that wanted to give trolls to gondor in the past, but at this point honestly i'm to dense to apply the example to what i'm trying to change. its all such a huge confusing cluster rape on mah brain.
    so yeah if someone can do a specific example, i.e. the bit that'll make a silvan horse archer have a texture when used by high elves. then i'd be grateful.

    If you get some conditions will be great to unite elven factions,especaily in FROME,they a few,unite tham and you get a invincible power,I tried some variants with kalmar union script but I could't make it work...

    I am not very experienced in that stuff, though I guess you have to go to \MTW2\mods\Third_Age\data\unit_models and edit battle_models (with notepad) a little. You have to add some lines under the model of silvan horse archers. I was giving the smiths to Silvans. If it might come handy to you, I paste what I did.

    I think it will be enough if you type "egypt" where I have typed "mongols" (with 5 in front of it, not 7).

    Interesting concept, I kinda think this should be done with gondor and arnor as well.
    Even if eriador never becomes arnor, shouldn't gondor be able to recruit some of the surviving dunedain?
    (when they reconquer the area of course)

    I think that Dunedain would defend Eriador to the last one, thus no Dunedains left for Gondor. However,
