That is the senate telling you that you have an army where it doesn't belong. I suggest that you move it.

    Why you'd suggest that?

If you for example would declare war onto a friend of rome - the other romans would follow you
as long as you are still before the civil war. So if you feel these so called friends of rome aren't real
friends - your word counts more than the senate's - don't give too much power to the senate
to let them dictate what you should do in your game - you will have to take rome later on anyways
and they are not going to be your enemy because you are unfriendly to "barbarians".

When the Senate says "your secret wil be exposed", they are talking to your faction leader. The Senate will disclose an embarrasing trait about your faction leader (eg fertility) and cause your faction leader shame, possibly causing a fallout with the Senat and the Plebians.

lol, I thought "your secret will be exposed" means something like "warning, leave that region ASAP or they will know you want to betray them" ; I never thought this means that the senate will spread false rumors and get me negative traits

I rarely listen to the Senate anyway, I remember laughing when they ordered me to have my faction leader commit suicide

Basically you have gone through territory that belongs to a faction that is allied with one or all of the other roman factions, genearally leave and send a diplomat to start trouble with this faction (getting them to give you cash for a treaty and cancel it next time is generally likely to annoy them) failing to leave is not good, if you can attack them straight away then do it as the roman factions will support you but sieging or ignoring is not good and could lead to your faction leader or son killing themself without you being able to stop it

In the long term BE AWARE of who are allied to Roman factions before deciding to attack them
