From what I've read about EU3, don't bet on it.

No the CPU is not good and use gamedebate.com to input the specs to know whether the game will run properly or not, it gives you the estimate.

Firstly gaming depends on the resolution you are playing at so for laptop i won't recommend anyone going above 1300x768(or whatever the exact numbers).
For EU-III you should atleast have a processor above 2.0-2.5 Ghz with a dedicated G.card with 128VRAM of course.
For prices i'm not a laptop guy best wait for suggestions.

Try to find something like this:-

649$. Around 600$ will be the price +-100$ you can say on what you need.

O.o looks sweet. Circuit city has them in America. I can only find refurbished ones though. Not a problem really though

Uhm the graphics card says integrated and doesn't seem to be that great, would it still work for EU3?

thats why I said to buy from canada.

The ones available in US are the 3820t models (notice the lack of the G) the Canada models are the 3820tg, that means they come with the rather powerful, for the size, 5650 which can run games at high settings, at the 1366*768 res that this lappy has. And yes its cheap, I saw one for 600 bucks
