You can manually create your own generals if you want. Can even name him Divinehammer with 10 Command, Management, and Influence. Just have to modify a couple files. Only problem is that you only get them at the start of a campaign, and once they die, they're done. So, I dont know if thats really what you're looking for.

Yeah I know about this but I was wondering about in game. I want to force a bribe to get a general or create my own with commands. Thanks for the reply though.

I think the create unit command works, but I know the force diplomacy one doesn't.

I dont think either of those cheats work actually. A lot of the cheats dont work now that I think about it.

create unit definitly works as it is used in scripting however creating a character only creates a character with no army if you want to be able to create your own general you would need to do a bit of scripting however im guessing you probably dont want to do this however if you want to make your own generals good use give_trait "[character's name]" GoodCommander 5 and give_trait "[character's name]" NaturalMilitarySkill 4. This will give the character 9 stars and the use create_unit "[character's name]" "[unit id eg hastati or legionary cohort i]" 1(or however many of the unit you want and that should work if it doesn't then it only works with a script not in the game

a couple of examples from my script

    console_command give_trait Leo GoodCommander 5
    console_command give_trait Leo NaturalMilitarySkill 4

console_command create_unit Jerusalem "greek royal cavalry" 1 ;makes comapanion cavalry unit in Jerusalem recruited
ps remove the console_command part if you are going to use it just in campaign as a cheat
    Rock!?!?!

Has anybody found cheats or something to give more move points to ur generals and stuff, not like traits or anything but like after you already moved to give him more just for that turn. I looked in the commands for bi and they had one for it but it doesn't work just like force_dimlomacy doesn't, which ****** me off

No, I do not think there is such a cheat, unless you mod the game.
I do think you can cheat to give your general traits that increase movement points...like lively, and whatnot...but nothing other than that.

I have gotten the create unit cheat to work for many types of units. Here is an exact example to type then will put in some names of the different units you may use. I havent figured them all out ..
    create_unit "City Name" "unit type" 5 9 8 8

<< Caps for cities do matter , 5 units of 80 or whatever the norm is with max exp weapons and armor.

    create_unit "Patavium" "roman praetorian cohort i" 5 9 8 8
    create_unit "Arretium" "roman heavy cavalry" 5 9 8 8 << Legionary cavalry

To find names go into R:TW file Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign and look under descr_mercenaries.txt - Cilician pirates rock

    create_unit "Iuvavum" "merc bastarnae" 5 9 8 8
    create_unit "Narbo Martius" "merc cretan archers" 5 9 8 8

    and so on ..
or to find more troops of other countries go under the descr_strat.txt file

    create_unit "Iuvavum" "warband spear german" 5 9 8 8

I also found some of the more advanced troops under the battle folder for historic ones which is how i figured out
    Cavalry Auxilia is

    create_unit "Patavium" "roman cavalry auxillia" (2 l's) etc ..

I have yet to figure out general but will work on it.
