To make a mod for RTW that will contain the function of capturing enemy soldiers(and demand ransom or execute them)that we all loved in MTW?

That's a feature of the game engine which is in the .exe. To have capturing, ransoming and execution, you'd need to change the .exe, which is ILLEGAL, I'm NOT SAYING you should, and talking about it will get you BANNED.
