Can't Patch M2TW

Hey All,

I'm sure I have seen this here before, however, now I can't find it. I decided to break out my old copy of M2TW and Kingdoms. I was going to try out one or two of the mods available. Problem is I can't seem to patch up my version. I get the msg "cannot update version 1.00.000 to 1.3" or some such. Am I making the bonehead play of the day? Is there something simple I should be doing? Thx in advance for any suggestions. Oh, I run windows 7.

Are you logged in as Administrator?

ok still says "1.03.000 update cannot be applied to 1.00.000 version of the game" Guess I got to keep looking

What other programs do you have installed? Any EA games?

just rtw and xgm. I have bounty bay and team speak on there, you think they could be the culprit.

They could be as I know nothing of either. The fastest way is to uninstall them, reboot, then try it.
