Okay, so I installed everything and ran the installer, and after that it said "the great war mod is installed" I get, that, but how do I play it? I don't see any shortcut or exe or bat file!!!

Yeah... the good side of the mod is that you don't need any launchers or manually adding script texts.

I had this problem too.
I fixed it by manually installing.
Alternatively, manually install the playable factions addon.

when i go to install it on megaupload it installs it but then it goes away and i cant find it and i tried just starting napoleon but is still the origanal
