Aztec Sacrifice Option

I was playing as the Aztecs there today but noticed that the option to sacrifice is not given when I take a city or castle or when I defeat an enemy army and take some prisoners. Only the usual option of exterminate is given or execute is given in both situations.
Is there a way to change this so that you can sacrifice because from playing the Kingdoms Expansion game in the Americas it does have a significant difference on your population moral with sacrifices.

To do this go in the KGCM\data\text\expanded.txt file

Now Aztecs have a few different things from normal factions like for Disband units we call it sacrifice so put this line:-

• {EMT_DISBAND_AZTECS}Sacrifice unit\nProvides a small increase in worshippers of the Sun God

For Execute units:-

• {EMT_EXECUTE_BUTTON_AZTECS}Sacrifice
• {EMT_EXECUTE_TOOLTIP_AZTECS}Sacrifice the enemy troops to the Sun God

For Exterminate:-

• {EMT_EXTERMINATE_AZTECS}Sacrifice
• {EMT_NO_POPULATION_TO_EXTERMINATE_AZTECS}Not enough population to sacrifice
• {EMT_POPULATION_KILLED_AZTECS}Population to be sacrificed:

Sack:-

• {EMT_SACK_SETTLEMENT_AZTECS}Raid

For game option in the same folder look for strat.txt file:-

• {SMT_GAMES_FREQUENCY_YEARLY}Yearly Games
• {SMT_GAMES_FREQUENCY_MONTHLY}Monthly Games
• {SMT_GAMES_FREQUENCY_DAILY}Daily Games
• {SMT_RACES_FREQUENCY_YEARLY}Yearly Races

^Change the values outside the {} curly braces. This will change the values for every nation. So you can try like:-
{SMT_GAMES_FREQUENCY_DAILY}Daily Games
to
{SMT_GAMES_FREQUENCY_DAILY_AZTECS}Daily Sacrifices
^Not sure it will work but this is something you have try on your own.

So just to clarify the Dispand, Execute and Exterminate options have to be placed into the file you stated there?
I dont need to delete any text from it or edit any text? Just place those lines in the folder?

Well, you do have to edit the "expanded.txt" in order for this change to work.

Glad it's working and i knew that expanded.txt can save these comments faction wise but i think changes in strat.txt can't be done in this manner hence it's not possible for the game thing but there has to be a way around to it, if it was working in Americas campaign but for that one has to test it and unfortunately i'm usually busy.

Well, since the Americas campaign had limited factions present, the games might have simply been renamed.

The only exception is New Spain if they have the other option then it's worth fiddling otherwise your hunch is right.

Well, I've got Americas unpacked, but I never did get a hang of the conversion utilities when it came to .txt.string.bin files, otherwise I would have checked the actual strat.txt.

Yeah tooltips, strat & shared.txt files can't be converted by the python script.
