Movement Problem with my Army
Dear Comunity,
I have a problem with a few armies of my Adunabar Kingdom. If my gernerals become starving, the army will not move far further. Thats one thing, but if i let him an the soldiers rest in a town for really a lot of turns (20 or more), he will not recover. What must i do, to recover that generals/army from starving and the movement penalty? So that i can move him/it normaly?

The engine has an issue with negative trait points (which is what is used to remove starvation levels) and occasionally reduces the trait level but fails to remove the effects of the previous levels. That's a known problem and we have fixed it in DoM, but unfortunately there can be no patch-fix for TNS without providing new EDCT and eVnVs files.
You can try entering "give_trait charactername supply 3" or "give_trait_points charactername supply -15" through the console. If that doesn't work, I can provide the edited files necessary to fix this, but it will most probably invalidate your current campaign.

Question: Do supply levels apply to the AI as well? I didn't think they did, and when I spy on enemy generals supply levels are not included among their traits, but I have several instances of rebel generals of defunct kingdoms who simply refuse to move anymore for any reason.

They do not apply to anyone but the player. Generals of dead factions are probably not handled correctly by the AI because it can't 'merge' them into the rebel factions properly.
