Evening Day 1

Angel slowly rotated in place, listening as the voices of the cloaked figures called out to him to attack others, and even occasionally themselves. Their voices disguised by Vail's spell, he couldn't tell one from another. Many fingers were pointed, but the loudest voices called for the death of the one who's features were disguised with the mask of a woman, and a nametag that read Rebel Jeb. Making his decision, Angel dashed towards the figure, pulling out a sharp stake.

The other man backed away, protesting that he was "a good guy now." They struggled for the weapon, and Angel seemed to be getting the worst of things, when he summoned up unseen reserves and Vail dropped the illusion.

Angel tried to stop his force, but it was too late, as the stake penetrated Spike's heart and with a gasp, Spike turned to dust.

As Angel recovered from the struggle, the other cloaked forms began to move, circling and menacing each other...
