How do i read enemy unit descriptions?

How do i click on enemy units in both campaign and battle modes to read there descriptions? I cant do this in NTW?

I don't play campaign,but in MP you certainly can't

You cannot do this in campaign apart from seeing a short description on the campaign map if you right click or mouse over the unit, which one I am not sure. I think you can right click on an enemy army and see a short description of the units present.

The only thing you can do is during the campaign if you have line of sight to the enemies city, you can right click on their barracks etc. and then right click on the unit images. This is the only way to get the enemy unit descriptions to show up.

Answer to your question I believe it isn't possible. At least I never succeeded in getting the enemy unit info cards.
