Problems with Bi Installation and the Campaign Editor

Hello Folks,im a newbie so sorry if im a bit insuficient.
So,well my Problem is that BI Installation,damn think it costs me thousands of nerves.You know once Rome was my overfavorit Game,until i imagine how to Mod and that damn BI came out.
As far as i could read the Problem with the Bi installation is related to a patch and the usage of that Registry Cleaner,youre 100% sure it works?
If so im in Heaven,cause i tryed so much,like installing,trying another Way,uninstalling,reinstalling and so on.To stop with that my guess was to visit the Tw Center ,cause im in Hope someone helps me.Ive patched RTW on 1.3,i know that BI is patch 1.3,so i need a clean RTW 1.0 Version to proper install it.Thats just what ive done,after a coople of other trys.Do i maybe have to download the 1.5/1.6 Patch to get BI Work?
Please someone help me,cause i finally want to play the Game i spend Money for.

Now to the next Problem,that Campaign Editor,what i know until now is that i got to make a new CampaignFolder and copy the Base and Campaign Entries into it,right?
Thats how the Provence Campaign Topic gets unlocked and you could choose that new Campaign in it.That is working without a Problem,even if i change the for example descr_strat with notepad or another textprogramm.But when i change anything with that campaign Editor,for example new Provences or Date of Timeline,rome is still working but the modded Campaign won´t start at the Provence Campaign Topic.
Is it because ive got to rename the Descr.txt Files into the name of the Mod ive made?

Once i loved RTW,today im Mad about it,please someone bring back the Bloom again.lol

two Hard drives,one 30 the other 160 GB
Ati Radeon 9600 XT 256 RAM
My Rome is a German Version,and is installed under the E:/ Folder not C:30GB
Rome is working with patches 1.1,1.3 and im sure 1.2 but i didnt find it yet(only in Exe) and im not downloading from my own PC.Its working with Mundus Magnus eastern perfect.
But i tryed to use Adornos Mod,and a copple of others that all didnt work.It cant be cause of the German Version,cause the Source is in English at all.

1.3 is not BI, 1.3 is what RTw gets patched to when you install Bi. Bi is 1.4. Download the 1.6 patch as well because it makes numerous improvements. And the Time map editor is very buggy.
