why i cant recruit?

hi all, im new.
im playing poland's early campaing with all fix submods (SS 6.3) and i cant recruit Piast Nobles, Strzelcy and dismounted Piast nobles. It says i have to wait 11/9/7 or 5 turns and is all the time the same and nothing change. Only in newly conquered Magdeburg (fortress) its possible to buy them (strzelcy and piast nobles). How can i fix it? Im using BGR IV.

Don't play with BGR IV if you are new to the game. Start the submod manager, select settings without it and start a new campaign. BGR IV is not for newcomers of stainless steel. Also install the fixes if you haven't already (see 6.3 release post).

bane didn't give you to many details about BGR IV. go read the subforum posts about it. you will find all the info about that submod there. trust me, i play medieval 2 tw since the release and i don't even dare to touch bgr

well, im doing well for now, though i play at very hard battles and hard campaign i have a really big kingdom (from magdeburg to hrodna, baia and all southern-east baltic see cost to novogrod). but is annyoing to useing only mercenaries, light infantry and shooters

im playing ss from 2 weeks but total war at all from 3-4 years

aaaa, so i have to keep my war council's member in fortress, yes?

how can i transfer Professional Training Staff from general to general? there http://www.nerazzurri.net/bgr-forum/viewtopic.php?t=97 is said that he needs to be obedient but is it all?

You can transfer them just like any other ancillary.

The fixes since 3.0 or later updates the BGR description to include the major BGR links (like the submod forum topic Byg's Grim Reality (Supply & Command Series): BGR Guides, Updates & Optional Extras and the http://www.nerazzurri.net/bgr-forum/viewtopic.php?t=97 link), which is why I tend to not include them in my answes anymore.

Any further questions are best asked (or initially searched for) in the submod forum topic, chances are high they have already been answered. Also note that the complexity and the need for experimentation by the player to learn BGR IV E is a intended feature.

Bring the generals onto the same map position (army, city) and drag the ancillary picture onto the generals picture. Really hoping this is in the manual, else I will have to write a stern letter to CA. Have a look if it still doesn't work
