Unit experience gives experience to your units. Experience rises your accuracy, reloading skill, melee defence & melee fighting skills.

Good info guys. Anyone have a pictorial of the hash mark progression - I can figure out levels one thru 5(?) pretty well but then I get confused.

In game there are more experience than 5. It was nine or something, anyway dont worry they do their job well. Also I have to you another experience modification. This mod gives experience to French army and makes it veteran already at start. Also its gives you idea about experienced army and non experienced army, you can combare them.
