Icon10 Controling Other Factions in Medieval II

Hello, I need help with a Medieval II cheat on controlling other factions. I'm familiar with the control other faction cheat. What I don't know is how exactly do I enter the codes after I enter the console via the "`" key.

I know that the cheat is -- control <faction_type>

But, what is a working cheat example of a "faction type"? I tried replacing it the corresponding faction number or name of the faction, or a faction attribute, but the cheat won't work.

I'd appreciate your help so I can easily force some rival and stubborn factions to do whatever I want. Consider it as your Christmas gift to a simple guy.

    Thanks!

It works in hotseat mode only. Make sure you're logged in as admin or have console disabled and type control "faction.

    I.E. control england

You can also play as the Mongols and Timurids this way.

One also has to enable hotseat mode in it's .cfg file.
