CPU for crappy computer?
Well last week I bought the Radeon 5450, and I have some left over money to buy a Processor. I'm ashamed to say my computer is a Dell inspiron 531 (never buying there again x.x) I looked up compatible CPUs and the "AMD athlon x2 5600 Brisbane" up to the 6000 are compatible.
I'm wondering what's the difference between "brisbane" and "windsor" are, and if my comp is compatible with AM2 sockets. The reason i ask is because the Brisbanes are expensive compared to what they do.... Plus I wonder if any these are compatible;

Though Im also wondering if there's any reason to upgrade at all. My old CPU is an AMD sempron single core 2.1 GHz.... What difference will it make?

Re: CPU for crappy computer?
Mention the motherboard model no. if you need help & i think for some CPU's that came after the release of the motherboard and are compatible you have to flash you BIOS also.
