Rome: TW camera problem (with video)

Hi!
I have a problem with my RTW game, its clean with patch 1.5. But i have this problem with mods too.
My config is win 7 64bit, 4gb ddr3, 4 core, ati radeon hd 5750 1gb.
Everything is run ingame with no problems, but the camera in campaign map is very annoying.
I try to low setting, low medium, high, turn off AA, run as administrator and xp, vista mode etc etc, but nothing.

As you can see, other things runs smoothly.
What can i do whit this? thanks for your help

Have you installed directx 9.0c manually?

I'm use this to update the directx, it said i have the very latest versions.

Disable the UAC http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/1...-in-windows-7/ and then try it.
If not, download it to your desktop and run the installer from there.

Sorry for the late reply.
So, UAC was disabled a long time ago, before i installed the game.
I don't understand, what should i download to the desktop?
Is it a possible problem, if i installed the game to an other partition( not C: )

If the game works, no. You maybe up to date, then.
The only reason I would download it to desktop is to bypass the web installer. I had to do it when I had Vista.
