Medieval 2 Kingdoms Gold bug

Hi , i have bought Medieval 2 kingdoms gold edition but i can´t play it. When i try to start the game a window opens for 1 sec and breaks up again. I tried some patches and software updates but it still doesn´t work.
div x is installed
My system:
win xp
Amd Phenom 2 x6
sapphire radeon hd 5830
2 x 2g ddr3 ram 1333 mhz
Please help me -.-

Did the Kingdoms campaigns work before the patch?
Are you sure you have the right Gold patch?

My old version (medieval 2 without kingdoms) works but the Software Pyramide (eu) version give me no opportunity to start it even allone it wont start. I have the right patch and the kingdoms.exe

I would suggest uninstall it starting with the Kingdoms campaigns, delete the Sega folder and if Software Pyramide has one delete it, too, run a registry cleaner, reboot, and install all the Gold Edition, the try a fresh copy of the patch.

Eusing Free Registry Cleaner works good and free.

It´s the same i start the game, a window opens for few seconds and break up aganin, no error message or something else. -.-

Reinstalling the game is your only chance.
