Default RNStaff Referral: JP226 (Further Action Taken)

Post: "This is why the People have Thrown You Out"
    User: JP226
    Infraction: insulting others
    Points: 6

    Administrative Note:
    Insulting others

    Message to User:
You've been warned numerous times against this very behavior, yet you persist. I recommend that you stop, as in the future I will have to forumban you from the D&D for longer periods of time. PM me if you have any questions.

    Original Post:
Europeans are greedy and lazy in general so charity doesn't work for them.
Additional evidence can be supplied if necessary. There are a few PM correspondences and previous infractions that may be of some use. He was forumbanned for a period of one week twice for similar incidents leading up to this.

Then again I recall a story where Tiberius announced to the assembled senate that from then on he would be exercising his privilege as princeps to vote first on all matters posed to the senate. This came in the wake of his announcement that he was enfranchising the senate to a certain degree. A senator pointed out that they would be unable to freely and independently express themselves as nobody would go against the wishes of the emperor expressed by his first vote. Tiberius, embarrassed at this obvious miscalculation, then retracted his statement and declared he would be voting last.

Now, I am by no means a Tiberius, but I think my own opinion on the matter should be absolutely discounted.

Ponti reversed a warning he gave JP226 and this reversal was conditional. JP266 deviated from what he promised and received the agreed punishment.

So no, there are no double standards, there is no "experiment" and Ponti is paying the price for trusting JP226 and for being lenient with him in the first place.

The fact that normal members misread all this is natural. The fact that experienced moderators with access to the den are crying bloody murder is unacceptable. The fact that JP226, "forgot it" is, well, I will stop here.

    Garb.

Oh for crying out loud. Further action.

Ponti, could you post the PM conversation and a list of his previous infractions of the same type along with their date? Also, if he was unfriendly in PMs has he been like this previously too?

I find it insulting as a European who does give to charity to be called greedy and lazy.. Seeing as the UK for example was the first to creatle Abolition Charities as well as Animal, Children etc Charities well before the USA.

~ He's insulting a group which quite clearly visits this forum.
~ His post adds nothing to the discussion.
~ He apparently has a record of 'insulting others' infractions in the past.

Further action, although this one is relatively mild his history of this kind of thing is getting ridiculous and giving all citizens a bad rep.

I am surprised that this was awarded a six point marker. Are there more posts for this infraction to make it a cumulative breech of conduct?

PM asking for defense to be sent shortly.

EDIT:Cannot send the PM. This'll have to wait for a spell until the ability to PM him becomes available.

If you recall this case, Pontifex had been in contact with JP to try and keep his disruptive attacks on other nationalities to a minimum. I've also had to delete posts about "European virgins" so he has not kept his promise to Pontifex. I'm sure Ponti can explain things better as the one who actually issued the infraction, though.
